SMS & General Terms of Service

1. Program Description Black Hole AI-Agents, LLC. operates an SMS/MMS messaging program ("Program") to send customers and subscribers recurring links that allow them to connect to AI-based information agents, automated marketing, and informational text messages, including promotional offers, service updates, and company news. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages are sent from Black Hole AI-Agents, LLC. using shared or dedicated short codes or 10-digit long codes (10DLC) registered under the A2P 10DLC framework with major U.S. wireless carriers.

 

2. Opt-In & Consent By providing your mobile number and checking the consent checkbox on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Black Hole AI-Agents, LLC.. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase of any goods or services. Upon subscribing, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message to verify your enrollment. Your subscription is not active until you reply YES (or as instructed in the confirmation message).

 

3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies and is based on your interactions with our services. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for marketing content, plus transactional messages as needed (e.g., company information and service updates).

 

4. Message & Data Rates Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS/MMS messages you receive from us and to us from you, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Black Hole AI-Agents, LLC. does not charge a fee for participation in this Program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

 

5. Supported Carriers Our SMS program works with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

 

6. How to Opt-Out (STOP) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START to the same number, or by re-enrolling on our website.

8. Privacy & Data Handling Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent data will not be shared with, sold to, or leased to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

 

9. Eligibility You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to participate in this Program. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to enroll that number in this Program.

 

10. Limitation of Liability & Carrier Disclaimer Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Black Hole AI-Agents, LLC. is not liable for any delays or failures in receipt of any messages, technical issues related to your device or carrier, or any charges incurred from your wireless carrier in connection with this Program.

 

11. General Website & Service Terms
